Homeward’s supported living services assist individuals to live in a home with one to three others and receive instruction and support from our professionals. Our supported living services also include one-on–one support that is based on the client’s needs. Homeward’s services are offered in integrated settings and support personal power, choice, and full access in their community. Individuals will also pay their rent, food, and other personal expenses.
