In-Home Supportive Care: We provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living as an alternative to a nursing home. With this, we afford clients the opportunity to live in their homes independently.
Homemaker Services: Our caregivers will assist in general household duties.
Personal Care Services: Our caregivers will provide assistance with personal hygiene and activities of daily living based on your plan of care.
Companionship Services: Your loved ones can have one-on-one interaction with caregivers who can assist them with a range of tasks, such as letter writing, computer assistance, playing games/cards, social outings, and accompanying to appointments.
Transportation: We provide non-emergency transportation to clients for medical and social appointments.
Respite Care: Our respite care program is designed to relieve families who care for dependent spouses, parents, or children, thus enabling them to take some time out or a vacation.
HCBS Program: We provide services in a home with community-based services for low-income families, the elderly, and people with disabilities.
24/7 Services: This service is personalized to suit each client, and it helps them remain independent in the comfort of their homes.
Day Training Program: Designed to support clients that live in their homes to help them acquire and maintain skills that cope with the demands of independent living. This is a non-facility-based program providing community outings and enhancing and building supportive relationships and a social sense of well-being.
